This week we are deconstructing Pinot Noir and Viognier. Pinot Noir is historically the red grape of Burgundy but the new world has shown it in a different light. Often on the lighter bodied side these wines are perfect for summer. The often forgotten semillon also comes it to its own in the summer months with its refreshing lemon and beeswax flavours. So fingers crossed for some English sun to really show off these grapes!
