SECTION 1 - RETURNS
You cannot cancel your order once the goods have been dispatched. Your normal statutory rights are not affected. You may return goods within 28 days, but at your own expense.
If you receive the wrong wine in your order we will replace your bottle and rebate any delivery costs you incur.
Our returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Perishable goods (such as food) cannot be returned.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
SECTION 2 - DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS
We will do our absolute best to ship you products to you safely, however accidents do happen and we will gladly replace any items which have been broken in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com (please include a photo of the product in the shipping package) and we will organise a replacement for you.
SECTION 3 - EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
SECTION 4 - REFUNDS (if applicable)
We will not refund a purchase because you didn't like the wine - however if there is bottle damage please contact us immediately by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise a refund. We may request the return of the damaged product before a refund is given so that we can make an assessment.
All refunds will be paid within a reasonable period of time to your card used for the original payment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SECTION 5 - SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
SECTION 6 - GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.
SECTION 7 - RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product, please contact us by email at email@example.com and we will send you instructions of how to send it back.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
